Two parallel offerings: survey and mapping work for AEC clients, and photogrammetric documentation for heritage and academic clients. Scope, deliverables, and accuracy are concrete below — for projects that fall outside these categories, get in touch with the details and a suitable approach will be scoped.

Survey & Mapping

Topographic surveys
Land surveys for new construction, site planning, and parcel definition. Detail points, contours at the interval you need, existing utilities and vegetation noted.

Urban mapping
Large-area UAV mapping for architectural and master-planning use — orthomosaic, DEM, contour plan, and CAD-ready topographic drawing across multiple hectares.

Monument 3D documentation
Complete photogrammetric record of a monument or fortification — UAV + terrestrial capture, mesh solved against surveyed control, packaged as both heavyweight outputs and lightweight streaming tiles for web viewers.

Licensing & scope
Heritage documentation — photogrammetric survey, 3D models, and orthomosaics carry no jurisdictional licensing requirement. This work is available across the EU and beyond: equipment travels easily, and the method — GNSS/total-station control, UAV and terrestrial capture, photogrammetric processing — is the same regardless of national grid.
Survey & mapping — stamped topographic, as-built, and construction-support deliverables are licensed by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) for Greek projects. Outside Greece, this work is scoped case-by-case in partnership with a locally licensed surveyor — get in touch with the project details for a proposed approach.
Working across borders
Cross-border engagements, scoped in advance.
- Working language
- All correspondence, technical reporting, drawing annotation, and coordination calls are conducted in English. Greek is available at native level. German and French are not currently supported, and are noted here rather than surfacing mid-project.
- Coordinate systems
- Deliverables are produced in the national or projected grid the project requires — ETRS89/UTM, MGI/Gauss-Krüger, or a local site system — so files open directly in the client's CAD or GIS environment, with the transformation documented.
- UAV operations abroad
- EASA open-category certification (A1 / A2 / A3), registered in Greece and recognised across EU member states, subject to national geographic-zone rules and site-specific permissions. These are identified and arranged during scoping, ahead of mobilisation.
- Mobilisation
- The full kit — UAV, GNSS receiver, total station, terrestrial camera — travels as accompanied equipment. Field campaigns are typically short and intensive (1–3 days on site for a building or square), with processing carried out afterwards, so a foreign engagement requires a single visit rather than an extended local presence.
Distributed collaboration is routine practice: the Cephalonia projects were delivered jointly with the Photogrammetric Computer Vision Group at the University of West Attica, with field capture and processing split across teams.
